"Matt is amazing! I’m a returning bicyclist after years of not having one. I assembled it myself but has having issues with a derailleur. I missed my original appointment and rescheduled without a problem. Once I got to the shop, Matt was so friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He didn’t mind any questions, taught a bit about bikes, and gave me maintenance tips. The repair was quick and I have not had a problem since.
